PVC - Polyvinyl-chloride

The industrial hard polyvinyl-chloride is stronger, harder than polyethylene and polypropylene, but it is more rigid, of low heat resistance (-15 °C / +60 °C), of good electric insulation capability, also in humid environment, resistant to concentrated acids and alkalis, weldable, glueable, vacuum-formable, does not feed combustion (self-quenching UL94 „V0”, but the smoke is toxic), basically is not food-compliant, but there is a physiologically neutral version thereof, its white version is weather-resistant, its natural colour is slightly bluish, dark grey and black are typical.

Due to its material characteristics it is used for water handling, preparation and cleaning equipment, pools, acid tanks, galvanizing basins, machine components, claddings, stator frames, switchboards, facade claddings, doors and windows, photo industrial and technological components and parts, advertisement products.

Other structural plastics in our delivery program:
ABS - Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene etc.
